Number of non-student participants The number of full registrations you are paying for.

Number of student participants The number of student registrations you are paying for.

Participants whose registration fee you are paying for The full name and the registration number of all the registrations you are paying for. An example might be “John Doe (42)”. The registration number is included in the registration confirmation email.

Number of attendees at the PRIME opening The number of persons you are paying for. A fee of ZAR 1000 is charged for the (optional) trip to Sutherland for the opening of PRIME. This fee is NOT included in the conference fee. Accompanying persons have to pay the same fee of ZAR 1000.

Persons whose fee for the PRIME opening you are paying for The full name and, if applicable, the registration number for the persons you are paying for. The registration number is included in the registration confirmation email.

Number of accompanying persons at the conference dinner The number of accompanying persons you are paying for. The conference dinner is included in the conference fee. However, a fee of ZAR 600 is charged for each accompanying person.

Accompanying persons at the conference dinner you are paying for The full name of all the accompanying persons you are paying for.
